After working working with InterForm400 for many years I have noticed that the 3 fonts: Arial, Helvetica and Univers are VERY simular. If you find out, that one of these fonts cannot be used on a printer, then you could e.g. try your luck with one of the other very simular fonts.
From what I have seen the Univers font differs from the two others in the width. So you might see that long texts will be longer if you chose to select Univers instead of the 2 others.
If you are using Arial and find that this is not useable on some printers (e.g. as condenced) I suggest that you take try out the other fonts to see if they work better.
The normal typefaces for the fonts are:
Arial: Typeface=16602
Helvetica: Typeface=24580
Univers: Typeface=4148
You could consider e.g. to use Helvetica Narrow if your printers does not know the Arial Condenced (or Arial Narrow).
Here is a link to a document show (in details) the supported fonts for some Lexmark printers:
http://images.lexmark.com/publications/pdfs/2007/techref/fontloaddocs/Font811H01.pdf
You may notice that Arial Narrow (and Arial Condenced) is not listed while Helvetica Narrow is.
