I have had a few support cases during the last month concerning a graphical designer, which would not run. In all cases the user had installed the latest Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.7, which unfortunately cannot be used by the graphical designer if you are running a 2011 or earlier version of InterForm400. (The 2012 versions do support JRE 1.7).
So to use the designer on a PC you need to download the correct 1.6 JRE version intended for the specific windows version (noticing if it is 32 bit or 64 bit).
You can download the latest JRE 1.6 version via this link:

Re: Use JRE 1.6 on 2011 and previous versions
Thank you for the input, Kim.
