Change Library List

Is it possible to change the library list within an ICECAP session?

Simply put; Option one on the menu would call Program A to maintain stock on one database and I would like Option two to change the library list and call Program A to maintain stock on a different library list. At the end of the process the library list would be returned to the original list.

Normally I would do this task in a CLP and call the stock maintenance program. Is this possible in ICEBREAK?

Hi,

The problem is the path of HTML source in RPG had to code the whole path.

In my production machine it doesn't need to and it's still working fine. In my development machine after we change the serial no. and applied the new license key, it doesn't work anymore. This machine was a production machine before. The same program, same setup, same root path - it worked all the time.

Why does it work in my production machine and not in the development machine?

Best regards,

Soap response encoding in build 0442

Hi,

We have just updated our dev server from 0412 to 0442 and we have an issue with our web service responses not including their encoding.

0403:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-1252" ?>

0442:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="" ?>

I've checked the CCSID in CHGICESVR and this is set to 37, which is the same as our production server (running build 0403)

Is there another setting or something I am missing?

Thanks,
Craig

Compiling Embedded SQL - Invalid Characters

We have been having problems compiling programs which use embedded SQL. The compilation fails as special characters are changed during the process eg # to $, @ to Ø.

The server CCSID is 285 and the programs are saved as UTF-8 (CCSID 1208 in the IFS).

I see from the forum that CCSID is not a favourite topic but wonder whether anyone can help us.

Many Thanks

JSON support i IceBreak DB/2 toolkit

F.eks. Hvis vi henter "age":
